Key Responsibilities as a Legal Intern
- Reviewing legal documents - agreements, business reports and statutory documents.
- Drafting corporate documents and reports.
- Internal and external stakeholder communications and management.
- Legal contract management and data management.
- Completing ad hoc tasks as and when required.

As a Legal Intern, you will assist with executing the roles and responsibilities of a Recognized Market Operator (RMO) licensed by the Securities Commission (SC).
Throughout the internship, you will be assisting with completing legal tasks related to the realm of alternative financing in Malaysia.
Experience and Qualifications
- An undergraduate or a current student of a tertiary law programme
- Proficient in the English language and the Malay language
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Google Suite programs (Word, Excel, OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.)
