Job Description
- To assist on the daily tasks of tracking and reconciling banking transactions
- Assist in the maintenance of accounting records, documentation, and filling of the records.
- Assist in timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual projections and statements.
- Assist in the provision of proper administration and efficient operation of the Company.
- Provide support in administrative and HR functions such as processing payroll, managing employee leaves, and handling medical and claim matters.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Handle ad–hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management.
The Accounts & Admin Executive will ideally have the following:
- Working experience in bookkeeping, accounting or a related field.
- Some qualifications in accounting or finance fields.
- A degree, preferably in finance, accounting, law or business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, reliability.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Meticulous, organized and committed to delivering high quality work.
- Self-driven and a quick learner.
