This person is someone we can count on to...
Be the advocate for fundraising companies and be passionate about the stakeholder experience, understanding that details matter. Essentially you’ll be responsible for the day to day operations through liaising with the clients and our investment team. As you’ll be heavily required to interact with all our clients (businesses and investors), a strong verbal and written communication skillset is required for you to excel in this role. You’ll also need to be able to be well organised to keep up with the various project timelines that operate concurrently.
Within 1 month you'll be...
- Learning what equity fundraising is and what are the operations required before deals go-live
- Learning the requirements for various types of businesses in Malaysia to be onboarded with us
- Learning on the processes required by our team to assess the suitability of these businesses
Within 3 months, you’ll be...
- Managing Issuer applications and correspondence independently
- Providing Issuers with assurance on their fundraising progress
- Providing Investors with the necessary support and knowledge regarding their investments
Within 6 months, you’ll be...
- Familiar with the end-to-end processes, starting from pre-issuance to post-issuance of shares - the full lifecycle of the fundraising process
- Aligning expectations company-wide, including managing internal stakeholders
- Learning about operations on other products operated by pitchIN
Requirements for this role
- Min 1 year of administrative or operational experience in B2C segments such as financial institutions, e-commerce or any fast paced industries
- Fintech experience is preferable
- Educational background in finance or business management is a plus, but not required
- Proven, strong execution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication is a essential
